As you know, we have never experienced anything like what we are now facing with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its global impact, as well as the uncertainty around what will evolve in the coming weeks and months. The rapidly evolving nature of this situation has resulted in new directives and legislation on almost a daily basis, so please know that we will continue to get you the most recent information as quickly as possible.
After carefully watching the rapidly changing global impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and reviewing recent mandates from both the State of California and Riverside County, we have made the decision to suspend resort operations at Desert Breezes from March 30th until April 17th, 2020. During this time, we will not be allowing any owner, vacation rental, or exchange guests to check-in at the resort and the resort will be closed. Owners and guests with reservations subsequent to April 17, 2020 should continue to check the latest mandates from the State of California and we will also continue to notify owners and guests of updates.
Management will staff the property to answer questions via phone and to maintain the safety and security of our resort. Cancellations of all reservations are available without penalty or they can be rescheduled subject to normal booking guidelines and availability. For questions, please contact the Desert Breezes front desk at (760) 345-2637. Please do not come to the resort as we will not be able to assist you in person.
We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but feel that ensuring the safety of our owners, guests and staff is of the utmost importance. We look forward to the day when we can welcome you back to the desert’s hidden gem, Desert Breezes Resort. Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation.
